Out in the wilds of semi northern Ontario, north of highway 7 at highway 62, where there is no smog, no cel phone reception and for all intents and purposes, no laws, there is a chip truck. Not just any chip truck, but the pre eminent chip truck of Hastings county. Links are sought to other food vehicles.
