Went to Rick's Rather Rich Ice Cream!

So, I had occasion to go to Rick's Rather Rich Ice Cream today.  I have only one word:

Wow.

Ok, a few more words:

First, I did not have ice cream, but my friend did - she had the blueberry ice cream, and declared it "excellent".

What I did have was the "computer chip" sorbet.  Now, this happens to be one of my favourite combinations - orange and chocolate, with small bits of chocolate chip thrown in.  It is non-dairy and very low fat.

This stuff is *exquisite*!!  The mouthfeel was _amazing_, particularly for being a sorbet - and the taste incredible.  About half-way through the cup I realized what it reminded me of:  it was like nothing more than eating a bowl of truffle filling (ganache) - both in flavour and texture.  It was just absolutely wow.  I bought a pound of it to take home.  :-)
