Ambrosia Garden on San Pablo just north of Solano in Albany serves vegetarian Chinese cuisine from Taiwan. It is 100% vegitarian, no MSG. The chinese are masters at creating fake beef chicken sea food out of soy beans and gluten because the emperor had to eat vegitarian food on the New Year. I've travelled extensively in China and have a prtty refined chinese pallette. Ambrosia Garden is the best I've found in the east bay in this genre.
