Friends and I were driving around Union City and we found a mandarin restaurant to grab a bite. It turns out to be one of the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to. They have seasoned sweet rice steamed in bamboo. The fragrance of the soy bean milk is something that I can never forget. The Chinese name of the restaurant has the word "peacock" or "phoenix" in it. It is not located in Union City but not far from there. I will appreciate anyone that can give further information about the location of the restaurant.
