What can I say...I'm just so happy we finally have a decent Indian restaurant in RWC.

I've had the lunch buffet four times now, so I guess I can review it. There's typically fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce) and fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe). Often there are two types of rice: basmati and some flavored rice. Today it was lemon. There's almost always chicken makhani and tandoori chicken, plus at least three vegetarian dishes. There's usually a spiced-ground-meat-with-peas dish that I like a lot. There are assorted pakoras. Hot naan is brought to your table.

Dessert is a rice/tapioca pudding (kept warm/hot, quite buttery and good), gulab jamun, or soft mango ice cream. There's a soda fountain with the usual choices, or you can have coffee. There's even a pot of chai, which really impressed me. I've never seen an Indian buffet where you could get chai without paying extra for it. (Chai is spiced Indian tea, good with dessert.)

I overheard someone ask the proprietor why the restaurant wasn't named Swagat, like the others, and he said they wanted something different because it was a different group of investors.
