Sea Ranch is a development that occupies the northern-most 10 miles of the coast in Sonoma County. There is a restaurant at the south end of the development and there are a few others between Sea Ranch and Fort Ross State Park (site of the southern-most settlement made by the Russians in the western hemisphere).

Across the county line, to the north, is the town of Gualala. It has a number of restaurants of varying quality. I have not tried any of these restaurants as I usually stay at my father's place and we usualy do our own cooking.

However, a couple miles north of Gualala is one of the best restaurants on the north coast: St. Ores Inn. It is not cheap, but it is an excellent value for money.

P.S. That's not exactly what you asked for, but that is what I know about.

I will second the motion of St. Ores. It's a wholly unique and wonderful place. Get there at sundown and stay a few hours. It's really neat. Great food with an emphasis on local flora and fauna. The menu is limited to about 8 things a night, but 2 of them are vegetarian. In my top ten dining experiences of all time.
