Yes, this is an authentic "joint", serving up great food, staffed by snappy waitresses. It's not on the "white table cloth" beat in Sacramento (!!!) nor has it, to my knowledge, ever risen to the attention of the so-called food reviewers in Sacramento. You can feel perfectly safe here; I wouldn't want to know what type of firearms the ladies have in there. I thought the pastrami quite good but not the world's best. Price, ambiance, amount are all on spot.
