Both offer good food, nice atmosphere and tables with a view of the estuary. If you're interested in seafood Scott's is the better choice. Bob Edwards

Food is pretty good. I believe the name of the hotel's restaurant is Jordan's.
While I probably wouldn't call it "fancy", ala Bay Wolf, you might try Quinn's Lighthouse in Oakland. They have a nice view of the estuary. -dx

These two should fit the bill: Salute in Richmond Hong Kong East Ocean in Emeryville If you want to try another nice restaurant with no view for another night, consider Nava on College, or the new Garibaldis (also on College). Both have been reviewed extensively by this newsgroup.
