a couple of other good thai restaurants in the area with full veggie menu options:

High Thai on Saratoga Ave. near 280. (san jose/santa
      clara border)

Bangcock Garden on Lytton Ave, Palo Alto.

cheers,

And another Thai restaurant with a relatively new vegetarian menu (in addition to the regular menu) is:

Bangkok Cuisine

It's at the tail end of San Jose on the Prospect Ave. block between Saratoga Ave. and Lawrence Expressway, in the "West Gate West" shopping center (not the regular Westgate, which is across Saratoga Ave from it). I like both the food and the owners (and I live nearby) so I particularly like to frequent them.

They also opened up at a second location, in Palo Alto, on Lytton just off the downtown area.

Cheers,

Herb

whoops; yeah, I meant Bangkok Cuisine on Lytton, not Bangkok Garden (which is in San Jose and is not veg-friendly). Great Panang Tofu!
