Well, this might be a little further than you wanted but the Hayward Fishery is decent, and obviously it's in Hayward, on the corner of Foothill Blvd. & C St.

I haven't eaten there but I know the name! Together we make a reviewer. It is the Clam Bucket at 1155 3rd street at Adeline. 451-5900 (no, I didn't know all that but looked it up).

Another place you might want to check out in Berkley is Gertie's Chesapke Cafe for good eastern type seafood dishes! Went there about a year ago, sort of out of the way and pretty good!

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. :) We ended up going to Quinn's Lighthouse at Embarcadero Cove in Oakland, and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The place has good food, reasonable prices, friendly service, and a great view. I definitely recommend it.
