There's Su's Mongolian BBQ in Santa Clara on El Camino Real a couple of blocks north of Lafayette that we go to fairly often. No atmosphere, but the BBQ is reasonably good (I'm less impressed with the Chinese mini-buffet that's also part of the place). There's a blue sign with white lettering visible from the street as you approach, and it's in the same building as a video store.
