I'm not familiar with Ming's, but The Copenhagen on Burlingame Avenue (in Burlingame, or course) makes one that I just love. Lots of chicken, lots of those crunchy little noodles, lots of sesame seeds. And a HUGE portion at that. Come to think of it...I think I know what's for dinner tonight now.

Karen,

Have you ever tried Michael's down at the end of
Shoreline in Mountain View? Their chinese chicken salad is terrific, and I order it every time I go there. Unfortunately, I have never been to Ming's, so I am not able to compare the two, but everybody who goes to Michael's with me orders it also. There's lots of other stuff on the menu, but in all the times I've gone there, I've only deviated from the chicken salad once or twice.

Give it a try, and let me know if you think it's
any good. If you're not sure where the place is,
e-mail me and I will give you directions.

Take care,

Mike
