The Hyatt at Incline Village has a wonderful restaurant on the shore of the lake (it's not one in the main hotel complex). We had steak and garlic potatoes (with a red wine demi sauce which was very good) and a veal dish with vegetables. The presentation is quite artistic. They also listed several appetizers and various salads as well as seafood dishes. The restaurant is made to look like a rustic lodge with great stone fireplaces. It has a good view of the lake and you can watch the sun set over the mountains. It's busy, so make reservations.
