As a side note... there is a "Ma's Restaurant" in the strip mall opposite the Ranch 99 in San Jose. Corner of Brokaw/Hostetter(sp?) and Lundy. I suspect that it's "related" to all the other "Ma" stores... yes, it also is Islamic Chinese. - Mas
