There was a recent post about a nepalese rest. that was supposed to have the chef from Katmandu West, but I'm afraid it was mistaken. I can easily see how this could be since this new place is in fact the reincarnation of a nepalese rest south of their current place. Plus the article said Burlingame, but by email it became Belmont.

The place is called Mt. Everest, and it has the same staff and owners of Annapurna, which was on El Camino in San Carlos at Holly. The new place is in Belmont, on El Camino, at Harbor. (The old Half-Baked Ham storefront)

The food is similar to Katmandu West, but it's been a couple years, yet the Kwati was quite good. We also had the one of the curry chicken dishes. The roti was a bit oily, but the roti appetizer was fabulous.
