Good enough to schmooze in is Brothers Delicatesses in Burlingame. It is run by Chinese -- big shock first time you're there -- but the original owners taught them everything. You can get an edible knish - I know, I know it's an oxymoron - good chopped chicken livers, a REAL Egg Cream from Fox's Chocolate, great matzoh-ball sou[, and sandwiches to die for. They are deli huge and good. It is not kosher. It is good. It is on Howard, one block from El Camino in Burlingame. Give you mouth a treat and take it to Brothers.
