Hmmmm. Well, I'm not Granny, but I loved a meal I had there recently with friends. It IS pricey, but I thought the food was nicely prepared and well served. I would say it was worth every penny, but I was a guest and didn't spend any pennies.

I will definitely return.

It has been some time since I have been there, however the oyster appetizers were absolutely the best I have ever had. I ate a full dozen! The Steak Diane was also very good. I would rate this as one of the better expensive restaurants in the area.
