Chinese cold noodles with peanut/sesam

There is this little mom & pop chinese restaurant that serves good, real chinese cold noodles dish.  The name is Li-Hwa or something, it faces the Target on Montague Exp. in Milpitas.  Not the one facing Montague.  There are 2 chinese restaurant there.

Most of the customers are oriental.  Nothing fancy.
