Not sure of any right near SJ, but at Spoons on El Camino/Fair Oaks in Sunnyvale, they have some of the better wings, but nothing spectacular. You order them in 1, 3 or 5 lb. increments, and they do come with bleu cheese dressing.

There's a Spoons at Hamilton & Bascom, right in San Jose.
