BEST STEAK for weak vegetarian

when we want to really splurge for a good steak - not much could/can beat   Garden City  in San Jose on Saratoga off Stevens Creek (and sometimes served with some jazz on the side)

seriously - less expensive - I've never had a bad piece of meat at Black Angus
