I just had lunch at Charlie Brown's in Sunnyvale, and it was the WORST lunch I've ever had. The service was slow and shoddy, the food so-so, and they screwed up our order. They took over 20 minutes just to put whipped cream on a coffee order! Why? All it takes is 5 seconds! Some more examples of their lousy, shoddy service: - We had to ask three waitresses and the manager before we got a to-go box, or the check. - The food was just so-so. I've had better at the local greasepit. - When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, but they still made us wait over 15 minutes for a table. - Whenever we needed the waitress, she was nowhere. - We paid with a gift check, and they claimed that the couldn't give change. More likely, the manager just pocketed it. Charlie Brown's sucks! Eat somewhere else! Michael Heinsohn
