Anyone know Celia's Mexican?

there's a celia's on judah, by the ocean here in san francisco . . . i went there once, just to try it 'cause i love mexican food.  it was awful, really awful!  dunno if the one you're referring to is part of the same, but i wouldn't waste my $$$ if it's like the one i visited.  the service was good though and they had a fun little bar.
