To Illuminate........ Paolo's is an Italian restaurant, not Portuguese. It's also most definitely not part of a chain. It's a restaurant that was started at least 40 years ago in San Jose, California. It is still owned by family of the original owner. I have personally eaten at Paolo's several times and was very pleased with the service and the food. Exquisite! Perfectly cooked pastas, incredible venison, and Osso Bucco! Gina
