I put MPW also on the top of my list but had a very experience at La Tante Claire (will retry before making a judgement) Im also convinced Robuchon has his place in top 3 but have to wait another 3 months to experienc ;I booked in october and the first available table on a friday night was..19 april !! If you ever visit Belgium try Hof Van Cleve out Tel olny 1 michelin star up to now but considered as The most promising chef of Belgium ( try his "le pigeon a l'ecrasé de pommes de terre parfumé a l'huile de truffe" its reallysuperb!) will let you know my top 10 in a few days (need to orden my thoughts first...) it's all very new (and exciting) ;this is my first message since i just connected the internet 30 minutes ago for the first time... Do you remember what you had at MPW ? ps are you a wine lover to? IF YES any idea where I can find more info on topclass tasting reviews/experiences?
