Got back a little bit ago driving from Houston to Wenatchee, WA. Ran into a wonderful 'Q joint -- Country Cousins Barbecue -- at exit 164 on the interstate. Wonderful brisket!!! Big ole trailer-mounted pit parked next to a red, lap-sided, small building with a big covered porch, which was located next to a Texaco station. There was no inside seating, so I sat in my pick-up, happily munching away, while watching the pit-master tending to the pit.

BTW, I got my DSL hooked up with a new ISP. Wow, talk about fast ---- much better than my 56K dial-up. Now I'm wondering if anyone is able to see my postings? Kindly let me know. Thanks!!

Dave
