Try Red River Barbeque in Wexford. They cater and sell all of their food (including Smokin' Joe's Pulled pork BBQ) by the pound.

Don't know where you're located, but PJs Barbecue in Beaver County offers a large portion of pulled pork that comes 'nekkid' with a 6-pack (squeeze bottles in a beer carton) of barbecue sauces to choose from. I forget the price, but it was definitely reasonable for the amount of food. You can get baked sweet potatoes which are very large and tasty. They also offer cottage cheese as a salad choice. Don't like their baked beans, and the tossed salad is BORING, but everything else I've had is very good. Their ribs melt in your mouth.

Located just off the Route 60 Center Township exit, it's maybe 15 minutes from the Airport. Coming from PGH, make a right off the exit, go through the light, and make a right onto Broadhead Road when you come to the stop sign. PJs (and the Sterling Fox--downstairs) will be on your left about 1/8 mile after making the turn.

Worth the trip just to sample their Damn Tasty sauce. They sell squeeze bottles of the stuff, and when we buy one it's gone in a week--damn tasty on just about everything!!!

Ah, yes, Arkansas catfish. I grew up in Ft. Smith and my first wife was from Wilson. We used to stop at Bill's bar-b-q in Marion when we flew home. Get the bags and go to Bill's. I also found the best catfish IMHO at Nicks in Carlisle and even my yankee wife loves the barbecue from Nichols in Lonoke. It's a little old converted service station with dinette tables where I stopped for a jumbo to go, and when I took my first bite, I stopped my car and looked back to be sure that I remembered the place because I was going to be back. My wife ate her first real barbecue sandwich there, and would only order a regular. She asked me to go back up and get her a second one, and still tries to plan a way to get back to AR with a stop in Lonoke.
