Tucson eating establishments

In addition to The Kingfisher, an excellent choice, I'd like to add Bocata, upscale with an Italian bent although they have lots of other selections. We've also eaten at Janos, and while the food was terrific, I found the silence of the place "deafening". Noise while eating isn't my cup of tea, but you do want to hear a pleasant hum. It was too stiff an atmosphere. Maybe things have changed though. One thing in Kingfisher's favor from the standpoint of service. I asked for a glass of a wine that was on the menu as only being sold by the bottle. They opened up a bottle so that I could have my first choice. It's an excellent price/quality ratio.
