Having sampled the sushi at every restaurant in Tucson (there are about 10), I say that Tokyo Sushi restaurant is the best. Try it if you are in town. Aoki, the chef and owner, is personable and funny. Prices are very inexpensive. I usually spend about $15 not including drinks.
