Try Cafe Terra Cotta. Although their wine list isn't top of the line, the food is delicious. Located in St. Philip's Plaza on Campbell. Janos, located near the museum, has wonderful food. Daniel's won a Wine Spectator award for its wine list. For excellent S.W. fare, although a bit of a hole in the wall, try Cafe Poco Loco.
