If you love Thai food (or are interested in trying it)
there is a wonderful little restaurant in Anchorage called the Thai Kitchen. I have to eat at this place at least once a week or I suffer withdrawl symptoms!

It is a very small restaurant with an extremely faithful following located in the back of a little grocery store on Tudor Road (907- 561-0082). I almost hate to mention it for fear of it becoming too popular.

Try the Shu Shee Kai, Beef Curry, Spicy Kow Pad with Beef, Popeye Beef or Chicken, Spring Rolls....it's all great!
