A young woman sits on a low sea-wall with a zither across her lap and leaves tucked into her hair, a posed scene the original caption card labels as "glamour." Fritz W. Guerin made the photograph around 1902. Zithers were a common parlor instrument then, so the image pairs a domestic pastime with the fashionable dress and outdoor setting typical of posed portraits of the period.
